PARTICIPATION IN THE MINISTERIAL CONFERENCE

NGO Delegation to the 5^th Ministerial Conference "Environment for Europe" (21-23 May, 2003) consists of 200 persons: 160 NGO representatives from all UNECE countries were selected by the European ECO-Forum Coordination Board and 40 persons from Ukrainian NGOs were selected by the Ukrainian National NGO Organising Committee. 15 persons will have a permanent badge for the Conference (representatives of the ECO-Forum CB, Press-coordinator, experts, several representatives of big international networks and 2 Ukrainian NGO representatives). All other will attend the sessions on the basis of rotation ensuring that 50 persons (10 of which are from Ukraine) at each half a day of the Ministerial Conference.

Exception is the afternoon of 22 May when all 200 persons will be allowed to participate, because from 17.00 till 19.30 and there will be no break before it.
